Voltela Inc ("Voltela", "we") operates voltela.com. We built this site to collect as little about you as possible. We use no tracking cookies, run no advertising, and never sell or share your data. This page explains the little we do process and why.
To understand aggregate site usage, we use two privacy-first, cookieless tools:
Both work without cookies and without building a profile of you. They report only aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views, the referring site, approximate country/region, device type, and page-load performance. They do not track you across other websites. Because no cookies or personal data are involved, no consent banner is required; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The site is hosted on Vercel and delivered via Cloudflare (DNS and content delivery). To serve a web page, these providers process standard technical request data (such as your IP address) transiently. They act as our processors and do not use this data to identify or profile you.
If you email the address shown on this site, we receive your email address and the contents of your message (handled through Google Workspace). We use this only to respond to you. We do not add you to any marketing list and do not share your message with third parties.
The analytics data is aggregate and contains no personal data to retain. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records, then deleted.
Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws (including CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you may object to our processing. Because we hold so little, this is usually limited to emails you have sent us. To exercise any right, just email us.
Voltela Inc is a US company (Delaware). Where we process data of visitors in the EU/EEA or UK, we apply GDPR principles, and our providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, Google) operate under appropriate data-transfer safeguards.
